“Jenny is as good as they come. It seems like everyone has a realtor suggestion nowadays and we went with two other suggested realtors before finding Jenny. After several frustrating months of online searching, driving around neighborhoods, and impersonal automated daily emails, we felt like we were the ones doing all the house hunting and researching only to have to call our realtor and set up a showing for a day or two later, when the house would already be under contract.
We called Jenny in desperation after my husband met her at an open house. We were leaving for Jamaica the next day and wouldn’t be able to have contact with Jenny, but that didn’t stop her from going right to work. She sent us listings that she had personally previewed with notes about the neighborhood and other key features that we had on our “must have” list. When we got back Saturday, we were out Sunday looking for houses. Jenny is personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. She never made us feel rushed or tried to sell us something that wasn’t a good fit or a good deal.
One of the houses we loved online was already under contract when we returned. Jenny called the listing realtor daily to find out if due diligence was being met. When the contract fell through, Jenny called right away and we were able to put in an offer that night. The listing agent had four offers on the property, and because of Jenny’s suggestion to write a personal letter, they accepted our offer. Less than a month after we called her and starting searching we moved into our “dream home.”
