When I decided to sell my house and move across the country, I knew it would be a stressful time. There was no doubt I would call The Stallings Team to help me with the process. Not only did they remove all the stress, they took care of EVERY little detail! I never had to worry about a thing. The buyer of my home was a Veteran and was using a VA loan. With a VA Loan, there are several hurdles sellers must get past in order to successfully sell their home. Jenny and Scott made sure we got past each hurdle and closed on time.

We met when we considered a big change to a Townhouse. Jenny was very aware of our wants, needs, overall ‘wish list’ and ‘won’t compromise on’ list. She never applied pressure or tried to convince us of something that wasn’t a good fit. We decided not to purchase the townhome.
